Why we built Higher Queue
We've seen firsthand how broken the hiring process can be. Resumes pile up from different sources, each formatted differently, making it nearly impossible to compare candidates fairly. Recruiters spend hours on manual triage that could be spent on actual human interaction.
We built Higher Queue to solve this specific problem: the messy, time-consuming first step of candidate review. We believe that by automating the routine parts of screening, we can free up recruiters to do what they do best—build relationships and assess cultural fit.
Our goal isn't to replace human judgment. It's to augment it with transparent, consistent scoring that helps teams make better decisions faster.
